Local group policy editor Go to start Run and type gpedit.msc
To stop windows messenger to start automatically
Open the registry and delete the following key
hkey_current_user \ software \ Microsoft \ windows\ currentversion \ run \ msmsgs
Display the hibernate option (in Shut Down dialog)
When the Shut Down dialog is open just press the Shift key
