Stop command from dos prompt

If you want to end any task from dos prompt go to dos and type
Tasklist that will show you the tasks that are currently running
taskkill/pid and the task number that will end the task.
If you want to use ClearType text right click on desktop and go to properties and click on appearance and select the option ClearType, very useful for Laptops
You may change it through registry too, go to the following key and change the value like this
Hkey_users / default / controlpanel / desktop / fontsmoothingtype to 2
If you want to do work and want that you may loggin as a different user and then come back with the same user, it is possible that you may sign in as a different user without logging off the current,
Select (Run As) command and type the user name and its password. It is very useful command if you have administrative rights.
If you want that Xp will automatically delete the temporary files, this option is available in explorer 6 or above, first go to Tools then go to internet options and go to Advance then go to security area and check the box ask (Empty Temporary internet files)
